Name: Sean Block

Certifications: ISSA, ACE, NASM, RAB, CPR

Specialties: Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Core Strengthening, Muscle Toning, Weight Management, Power Lifting and Body Building

Philosophy: I see myself as equal parts fitness trainer and lifestyle coach. First and foremost I make sure that your form and technique are correct. It’s not enough to just go through the motions. You need to focus on what muscles you’re working. I show you what to do. I watch how you do it. And then I make corrections until you’re doing it correctly on your own.

I also see myself as a lifestyle coach because working out has to be a part of your life if you’re going to be successful. You can’t think of it as this ordeal that you have to do a few times a week. You have to embrace physical fitness. You also have to watch what you eat and work some cardiovascular exercise into your routine.

I know that it can be tough to find the time to eat right, lift weights and exercise. But if you can incorporate working out into your life AND make it a priority, I promise that you will see results and maintain them for the rest of your life.
