Philosophy:
I see myself as equal parts fitness trainer
and lifestyle coach. First and foremost I make sure that
your form and technique are correct. It’s not enough to just
go through the motions. You need to focus on what muscles
you’re working. I show you what to do. I watch how you do
it. And then I make corrections until you’re doing it
correctly on your own.
I also see myself as a lifestyle coach
because working out has to be a part of your life if you’re
going to be successful. You can’t think of it as this ordeal
that you have to do a few times a week. You have to embrace
physical fitness. You also have to watch what you eat and
work some cardiovascular exercise into your routine.
I
know that it can be tough to find the time to eat right,
lift weights and exercise. But if you can incorporate
working out into your life AND make it a priority, I promise
that you will see results and maintain them for the rest of
your life.

Strength, Functional Training
Philosophy:
I believe in total body fitness and overall health. For each
client I design personalized workouts not only to be fun and
challenging, but also keeping in mind your level of fitness.
I think that incorporating strength training, functional
training, and having a strong emphasis on core will insure
stability, strength, and will keep you injury free. My
philosophy is simple “Make your body the best it can be”.
This can be achieved through a well rounded diet and weight
training at least 3 times a week, and exercising your heart
2-3 times per week for 30-60 minutes.
I always
look forward to a challenge and meeting new people. I like
to emphasize that myself as your trainer will only see you
2-3 hours a week. It is up to you to maintain a healthy diet
and you will definitely see results.

healthy does not need to be hard or scary. Finishing a
deliciously healthy meal should motivate, as well as reward

So make food the motivator rather than the enemy. As a
dietitian, my priority is to enrich the life of my clients

result is being actively healthy. All information provided
