BLOCKHEAD FITNESS
When
Sean Block was founding Blockhead Fitness, he gave serious consideration to
what he wanted his gym to be.
Sean wanted it to be large enough to house the best state of the art
equipment, but not so big that people would get lost or feel intimidated.
Block (aka “Blockhead”) also wanted his gym to have a laid back,
neighborhood feel. He wanted people to feel welcome. Sean considers his
clients to be part of his extended family; he makes sure that each client
receives personal attention from his friendly staff of trainers.
Sean also makes sure that every person who walks through the doors of
Blockhead Fitness receives a free assessment before deciding to train with
Blockhead Fitness. He understands that each person is unique and so are
their fitness goals. That’s why Sean personally sits down with clients to
design a program that addresses their specific needs.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Sean
also decided there would be no membership fees at Blockhead Fitness. If
you’re paying a trainer, you shouldn’t have to pay any additional fees on
top of that. Plus, on the days you’re not working out with your trainer, you
can work out at Blockhead Fitness on your own FOR FREE!
NO WAITING
FOR MACHINES
Block
never wanted his gym to be crowded-- with people waiting for machines. So he
made it the policy of Blockhead Fitness to never have more than four
trainers/ four clients working out at one time.
